Technical Customer Success Manager

• supports further development and improvement of Parqet’s import functionalities

• Install and configure Boardwise for multiple clients on the Azure platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services
• Work with customers to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions
• Maintain and improve technical documentation (installation guides, etc.)
• Continuously improve deployment automation and cloud architecture
• Provide technical support to customers as needed (remote)

Azure Cloud Specialist – Customer Success Engineer

• Primary technical and strategic point of contact for a defined enterprise customer base
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with customer stakeholders
• Successfully implement, enable adoption of, and continuously optimize the ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe solutions
• Conduct regular service reviews, health checks, and strategic alignments with customers
• Analyze optimization opportunities, performance improvements, and potential risks
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Translate customer feedback into concrete requirements and input for Product Management and Engineering
• Work closely with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support customers in implementing best practices in workload automation, observability, DevOps, and cloud technologies

Technical Customer Success Manager – Workload Automation

• As a Customer Success Engineer (all genders), you collaborate with our customers to design innovative solutions by implementing complex requirements across IT infrastructure, shop floor systems, and end-user applications with clarity and pragmatism.
• You take responsibility for the technical onboarding of customers and partners.
• You advise on IIoT architectures, IT security, Connectware integration, and relevant use cases.
• You implement industrial data infrastructures using Cybus Connectware.
• You implement scalable Infrastructure-as-Code deployments.
• You support our customers with technical product support, including participation in a team-based rotating on-call shift.

Customer Success Engineer

• Provide technical guidance and pre-sales engineering assistance to potential new customers.
• Provide onboarding sessions for new customers and technical training for existing ones.
• Develop key sales, demo, and promo materials for YouTrack and adapt existing demo setups for specific use cases.
• Manage existing large accounts and work proactively to retain and develop them.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the product team.
• Recruit potential partners and work with existing ones to develop their YouTrack deployment capabilities.
