About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary point of contact for our clients after project kickoff
Analyze client processes and identify practical automation approaches
Conduct and facilitate strategy and process workshops
Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
Hands-on implementation of low-code and automation solutions
Close collaboration with product and development teams
Provide structured customer feedback to drive software improvement
Liaise with customers at project-manager and executive levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
Strong understanding of processes and workflows
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
Self-driven, structured way of working
Understanding of software and system logic
Experience with, or strong interest in, low-code and automation tools
Ability to independently implement simple technical solutions
