Technical Customer Support – AI & Process Automation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primary point of contact for our clients after project kickoff
- Analyze client processes and identify practical automation approaches
- Conduct and facilitate strategy and process workshops
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
- Hands-on implementation of low-code and automation solutions
- Close collaboration with product and development teams
- Provide structured customer feedback to drive software improvement
- Liaise with customers at project-manager and executive levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
- Strong understanding of processes and workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
- Self-driven, structured way of working
- Understanding of software and system logic
- Experience with, or strong interest in, low-code and automation tools
- Ability to independently implement simple technical solutions
