Technical Customer Success Manager – AI, Process Automation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primary point of contact for our clients after project kickoff
- Analyze customer processes and derive practical automation approaches
- Conduct and facilitate strategy and process workshops
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
- Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
- Close collaboration with the product and development teams
- Provide structured customer feedback to support software/product development
- Engage with clients at project-owner and executive levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and spoken German
- Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
- Strong understanding of processes and workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Independent, well-organized working style
- Understanding of software and system logic
- Experience with, or strong interest in, low-code and automation tools
- Ability to implement simple technical solutions independently
