About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary point of contact for our clients after project kickoff
Analyze customer processes and derive practical automation approaches
Conduct and facilitate strategy and process workshops
Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
Close collaboration with the product and development teams
Provide structured customer feedback to support software/product development
Engage with clients at project-owner and executive levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and spoken German
Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
Strong understanding of processes and workflows
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Independent, well-organized working style
Understanding of software and system logic
Experience with, or strong interest in, low-code and automation tools
Ability to implement simple technical solutions independently
