• Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions
• Offer technical promotion, technical support pre-sales

Technical Sales Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to customers across all escalation levels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

Technical Support Engineer

• Deliver comprehensive technical sales support to deepen customer collaboration

• Support Field Sales Engineers (FES) and Panel Builders (PBs) in early project stages
• Influence sales projects through technical consultation and expertise
• Shape project specifications and requirements and draft project-based technical bulletins

Technical Sales Support

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the trading and risk systems, covering multiple asset classes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and risk managers for all incoming enquiries, operational issues and functional change requests.
• Quickly analyse, assess technical/business impacts and provide actionable remediation roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end support requirements for in-house Fixed Income trading systems, data warehouse platforms and risk management applications.
• Stay resilient under high-stress production incidents; triage urgent live issues efficiently during critical outages to mitigate business impact.
• Take full ownership of logged incidents & tickets, drive remediation end-to-end until full closure and resolution.

Senior Support Analyst

• Own the full lifecycle of customer issues for ClickHouse strategic accounts on Alibaba Cloud in the China region — from intake and reproduction through to root-cause analysis, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
• Triage, classify, and track incoming cases; identify recurring patterns across customers and feed them back into knowledge base articles, runbooks, and product feedback for our Core, Cloud, and Engineering teams.
• Diagnose and resolve issues spanning SQL and query performance, schema and table-engine design, replication and sharding, ingestion pipelines, materialized views, resource utilization, and cluster operations.
• Advise customers on ClickHouse best practices, capacity planning, and configuration tuning for workloads running on cloud infrastructure.
• Escalate complex or product-level issues through the appropriate channels to our global Core Database and Cloud Engineering teams, while remaining the single point of contact for the customer until resolution.
• Partner with the China Engineering Manager and the global Support organization to define SLAs, on-call rotations, and escalation paths suited to the China region.
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation (in both English and Chinese where helpful), and the broader ClickHouse community.

• Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex systems and equipment
• Work closely with the customer to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics; and compile reports with high-level conclusions on technically challenging process engineering experiments
• Troubleshoot complex problems; perform multiple root cause analysis; and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering and customer product issues

• Envision, champion, and support the development of novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations to solve real-world problems
