• As a Supply Chain Planning Transformation – Senior Consultant at Clarkston you will:
• - Partner with Life Sciences and Consumer Products clients to improve Supply Chain Planning processes through business transformation and technology-enabled solutions
• - Lead or support planning transformation initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• - Design future-state planning processes, governance models, KPIs, and operating models aligned with client business objectives

Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Planning Transformation

• Complete daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform daily bin maintenance activities
• Research and report inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Control Supervisor
• Ensure FIFO is followed
• Operate a fork lift
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and monthly inventory status reports
• Execute inventory transfers to correct discrepancies
• Assist LTOs during system or radio failures or periods of increased product demand
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials and components to production areas

Inventory Control Associate

• Lead all implementation activities and identify the appropriate individuals and departments that need to be involved throughout the process
• Manage and track implementation timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
• Coordinate product and material samples, working closely with Materials Management and other operational teams
• Maintain direct communication and collaboration with CQVA, ensuring alignment and prompt problem resolution
• Lead the weekly Project Tracker Call providing status updates, identify risks, and drive action items to completion

Clinical Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator

• Maintain the safety and security programs under the direction of the Security Director.
• Integrate EHS and Security initiatives into the functional operation of the facility.

Inventory Control Clerk

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.

Distribution Manager

Senior Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain

• Support the Warehouse Manager and assists in all activities relating to warehouse operations for the assigned location, including implementation of strategic departmental initiatives and meaningful metrics to effectively manage, perform, and monitor all aspects of warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Act as facility manager in the absence of the primary Warehouse Manager;
• Supervise Outbound and Inbound Warehouse Managers when necessary
• Verify customer service goals are continuously met
• Help receive, analyze and react to daily status reports across all distribution center functional areas
• Facilitate routing of deliveries to customers and stores to find the most efficient route.
• Plan routes for shuttles that travel between (hub) warehouses and stores (spokes)

• Provide logistical oversight of transfer station operations, including equipment usage, compactor performance, and internal material flow to maximize efficiency and throughput.

• Reviewing calculations, projected income and capital gain distribution estimates for clients.
• Monitoring and reviewing the overall distribution process for clients, comprising accurate and timely calculations, reconciliations and payment of dividends and capital gains for ETF and mutual fund products.
• Validate distribution rates, components, and tax classifications (e.g., ordinary income, qualified dividends, capital gains, return of capital) and review vendor reporting and income projections.
