About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute unified operations and supply chain strategy that supports growth, service excellence, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
- Champion and institutionalize continuous improvement and The BW Way methodologies as core operational drivers
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, sourcing & procurement, materials & inventory management, logistics & distribution
- Mentor and coach leaders on continuous improvement tools and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations and supply chain roles
- Proven track record driving enterprise-level transformation and measurable improvements in operational performance
- Strong analytical skills, data fluency, and experience leveraging performance metrics to drive decisions
- Deep knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodologies, structured problem-solving, and enterprise business systems
