About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, manage, and elevate strong relationships with distribution partners
  • Influence, motivate, and guide distributor sales agents to execute strategic priorities
  • Assess partner capabilities, identify performance gaps, and implement development plans
  • Lead joint business planning, including forecasting, territory coverage, and market expansion
  • Drive sales through and with partners by providing strategic direction and ongoing commercial support
  • Ensure distributors are fully equipped with product knowledge and selling tools
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Develop deep expertise in the ultrasound product portfolio and customer segments
  • Maintain understanding of territory dynamics and healthcare market trends
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Partner closely with marketing, product management, service, and finance teams
  • Provide feedback from the field to support product enhancements and marketing campaigns
  • Operate within established commercial frameworks while exercising sound judgment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in sales)
  • Must live in the territory (MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
