About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Perform daily bin maintenance activities
  • Research and report inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Control Supervisor
  • Ensure FIFO is followed
  • Operate a fork lift
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and monthly inventory status reports
  • Execute inventory transfers to correct discrepancies
  • Assist LTOs during system or radio failures or periods of increased product demand
  • Ensure timely supply of raw materials and components to production areas
  • Accurately record finished goods into the appropriate warehouse locations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email usage
  • Experience with inventory management systems (WMS or ERP preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
