Supply Chain

• Develops the acquisition/sourcing strategies and leads the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP);
• Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies;
• Leads supply chain Program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution;
• Briefs the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance;
• Participates in negotiations;
• Conducts program reviews with the suppliers, subcontractors and program office;
• Makes decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor; and
• Working with the Supplier Management Team (SMT) ensures subcontractors have established milestone objectives and that they meet schedules, contractual specifications and all compliance requirements

Director – Supply Chain Programs

• Develop relationships and manage engagement strategy with capture and business development teams to ensure a robust sourcing strategy for every program.
• Support the end‑to‑end sourcing process for high‑value contracts – from requirement definition to supplier selection, negotiation, and award.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing tools (e.g., spend analytics, e‑sourcing platforms, capacity and capability analysis and visibility) to increase performance, efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with DFARS, ITAR, FAR, and other defense regulations throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and support a sector strategy to deploy a global category architecture for division wide common materials and services.
• Lead category roadmaps (demand forecasting, market intelligence, technology trends) and communicate updates.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify consolidation, rationalization, and innovation opportunities to drive cost savings and performance improvements.
• Lead domestic and international agreement strategy and plan across sector and supporting divisions.
• Develop and lead team negotiating long‑term agreements, IDIQ contracts, and joint‑venture arrangements, targeting a minimum of 10% annual cost reduction and improved terms and conditions to drive improved supplier performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Program Management to align sourcing decisions with manufacturing schedules and program budgets.
• Manage performance through KPIs and scorecards (cost savings, supplier performance, compliance, lead‑time) and present results for regular engagements with Division and Sector Leadership.
• Drive lean/six‑sigma initiatives to streamline sourcing processes and reduce cycle times.
• Champion diversity‑supplier programs and ensure alignment with corporate ESG objectives.

Global Supply Chain Sourcing Manager 3

• Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt employees responsible for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations supporting various production programs including chemical management.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement, etc.
• Meet direct budget targets, write/update work instructions, provide performance metrics, and recommend improvements to productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Support all Production goals and objectives through accurate tracking, receiving, and shipping with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency.
• Execute best practices and measure performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Train and guide employees in keeping with all Northrop Grumman Values & Leader Characteristics.
• Collaborate on projects related to material receipt, storage, issue, and transportation.

CPE Supply Chain Planning Lead

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain execution for multiple US projects from development through construction
• Personally drive critical procurement, logistics, and materials activities in the start‑up phase
• Oversee procurement strategies, supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and risk management
• Manage logistics, expediting, inspection, and delivery of equipment and materials to multi‑state project sites
• Establish materials management and warehousing concepts for the projects
• Build, lead, and develop the US supply chain team (contracts, purchasing, logistics, materials management)
• Support SAP implementation and establish standard processes, KPIs, and reporting
• Act as the primary supply chain interface toward projects, EPC / PMC contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Further develop, execute and be our main resource within purchasing
• Support our contract management, expediting, warehouse/logistics and SAP responsibilities/processes.

• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons by analyzing historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, lifecycle, customer POs, and projections
• Share forecast assumptions and the impact of strategic activities with broader teams and stakeholders
• Perform ongoing analysis and monitoring of actual performance versus forecasted plan, identify significant variances, take corrective actions, and detail assumptions
• Coordinate and lead the demand consensus process to identify changes in the demand plan, achieve consensus around key drivers, and call out significant changes
• Collaborate with supply planning to ensure successful inventory management throughout the item lifecycle
• Review external and internal data points for decision making on current demand plan
• Work with Sales and Merchandising partners to understand and challenge demand assumptions
• Update plans in-system and lead review of plan updates to garner sign off

Demand Planner – Wholesale UGG Men’s

• Conduct scheduled cycle counts on raw materials and finished goods, ensuring precision within a perpetual inventory system.
• Monitor daily inventory transactions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting aged or slow materials.
• Satisfy COGI errors (inventory discrepancies) generated during system transactions.
• Resolve issues with recorded information on process control sheets to maintain accurate inventory balances.
• Review completed production orders to ensure accurate inventory movement before assigning orders as Technically Complete (TECO).
• Maintain accurate inventory balances by reviewing stock levels against established levels or material demand.
• Perform inventory control cycle count operations as defined by the company, including weekly Resin, Regrind & Additives (RRA) Cycle Counts, monthly finished goods, and regular scheduled inventory counts on all other material groups.
• Review on-hand inventory in all SAP storage locations to ensure accurate counts and inventory turns.
• Investigate all inventory inaccuracies and establish appropriate corrective action plans.
• Initiate all documents for interplant material transfers, coordinate the transfer, and perform the applicable inventory transaction.
• Monitor the return of all cable, wire, and specialty materials back into raw material inventory after production order consumption.
• Review and track the material disposition of items returned through the return authorization and freight claim processes.
• Additional duties as required by management.

Inventory Control Coordinator

• Manage, mentor, and align the Purchasing Manager and Director of Manufacturing to ensure procurement and production function as a single, cost-effective ecosystem.
• Continuously audit the company’s internal consumption of goods and materials to identify high-volume or high-margin products that should be transitioned from external procurement to internal manufacturing.
• Streamline purchasing operations, negotiate high-level vendor contracts, and eliminate supply chain redundancies to systematically lower overall consumption costs.
• Explore new and nurture current vendor relationships for both purchasing and manufacturing, including raw materials for our OEM manufacturers.
• Direct the expansion of manufacturing capabilities to support new internal product lines without disrupting current internal deliverables.
• Align cross-departmental communication and optimize ERP architecture to ensure real-time visibility into inventory, consumption rates, and production capacities.

National Director – Supply Chain, Manufacturing

• Accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of the sector’s supply‑chain function
• Drives data‑based performance management, continuous improvement, technology enablement, and compliance across purchasing, material‑requirements planning (MRP), and logistics
• Partners with cross‑functional leaders to define tools, standards, and communications to meet service, cost, and inventory goals
• Defines and implements tools, platforms, and analytics required to support the sector’s strategic goals
• Owns Business Systems Compliance (Purchasing & MMAS), shaping policy, overseeing audit readiness, and guaranteeing adherence across the organization
• Prepares and presents regular performance reviews to executive leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions

• Analyze reagent/analyzer contracts for renegotiation leverage and conversion opportunities
• Evaluate analyzer platform consolidation across 6 CHSLI hospitals
• Review reference laboratory contracts (send-out testing, esoteric testing, genetics)
• Assess blood bank utilization, product wastage, crossmatch ratios
• Conduct POCT program reviews for consolidation and vendor standardization

• Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with various programs on projects related to material receipt, storage, issue, and transportation.
