• Ensure all pilot and test missions comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, as well as state-specific autonomous vehicle (AV) testing and deployment mandates.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for freight disruptions, weather delays, and operational exceptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer supply chains.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to lower unnecessary dwell time and delays on route.
• Oversee day-to-day freight movement for commercial pilot partners, ensuring delivery SLA is met and seamless hub-to-hub operations achieved.

Freight Logistics Manager

• The Associate Inventory Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager for 100% accuracy of the store’s inventory
• Responsible for overseeing the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers daily
• In charge of making transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages daily
• Maintain Inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in the implementation of the company’s policies and operating procedures on inventory controls
• This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving any inventory issues that may arise
• The Assistant Inventory Manager must complete all work in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Associate Inventory Manager

• Developing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise cycle count and inventory control procedures across a multi-site Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) network
• Owning cycle count governance, standards, training, and performance management for a portfolio of approximately 20-25 locations including ambient and cold storage distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, and co-manufacturing partner sites
• Driving inventory record accuracy, shrink reduction, root-cause elimination, and continuous improvement through data-driven controls, strong cross-functional partnership, and disciplined execution
• Supporting multiple inventory types and locations, including raw materials, packaging, WIP (as applicable), finished goods, ingredients, MRO/indirect, and hold/quarantine areas

• Driving inventory record accuracy: Set targets, publish scorecards, and lead corrective actions to improve location accuracy, lot/date accuracy, and quantity accuracy
• Planning and executing cycle counts: Develop count schedules and operational playbooks that minimize service disruption while ensuring counting discipline and completeness
• Leading investigations for variances, negative inventory, aging/obsolete stock, and shrink; partner with operations to implement sustainable fixes (process, training, system, layout, labeling, slotting)
• Ensuring cycle counting and adjustments support SOX/internal control expectations, audit readiness, and accurate period-end reporting; coordinate and support internal/external audits
• Defining inventory reporting and cycle count expectations for co-manufacturing sites; reviewing partner submissions, reconciling discrepancies, and driving adherence to agreed controls
• Partnering with IT to configure and maintain WMS/ERP count programs, reason codes, transaction controls, and reporting; validating master data (UOM, pack, lot attributes, shelf-life rules, location types)
• Developing training materials and certifying site resources on inventory transactions, scanning discipline, lot/date management, and count execution; coaching leaders on inventory control best practices
• Monitoring and reporting key metrics (e.g., accuracy, adjustment dollars, shrink, recount rate, count compliance, negative inventory, inventory aging, accuracy by SKU/location/zone) and leading monthly business reviews
• Identifying and implementing process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma tools; lead pilots and scale successful practices across the network

Inventory Control Manager

• Lead Asset Protection strategy and operational execution across multi-state regional supply chain facilities.
• Oversee AP leaders to ensure effective shrink reduction, safety performance, and investigative outcomes.

• Responsible for being a liason between the direct fullfilment program manager, demand planners and the DSV fullfilment site.
• Ensure that all commitments from the various demand planning groups are within the agreed upon product lead times.
• Resolve delays in providing the needed material within the agreed upon timeline.
• Manage the lead times of all POs placed on behalf of the customer and report on agreed upon lead times.
• Expedite PO’s as needed.
• Ensure the recommit process is followed as needed.
• Review the back log report and coordinate any exculations with the supplier and review these recommits and any rejected expedited requests.
• Review the suppliers build/ship plans ensuring the plan will meet the commitments based on the PO commit dates.
• Review potential on time shipment, OTS, issues to eliminate any orders shipping after the scheduled date or OTS, and document the issues and report on these issues weekly.
• Manually scheduling of orders falling outside of the product's scheduled lead time with the supplier and identify reasons why product is not schedule within lead time.
• Monitor lead time of all POs ensuring the POs are shipped within lead time and reporting on the lead time commitment obtainment and manage the process why the lead time was not obtained to correct any issues.

Logistics Coordinator, Capacity Planner
