Supply Chain

• This position is responsible for the execution and fulfillment of all flow production orders, fulfilling requests for various internal customers, and solving inventory issues.
• Responsibilities include disposition of all production orders, warehouse signal board administration review and updates, intra company transfers, product requests, executing SAP inventory transactions, cycle counting, replenishments, destruction of usable and unusable inventory, and support of all Materials Warehouse operations.
• Organize and execute the process of production orders, warehouse signal board management, intra company transfers, product requests, and destruction of starting materials.
• Contact with flow leadership and personnel is required.
• Acts as lead contact between Operations and Materials Warehouse communicating issues and provides timely updates for issues that impact the production schedule and/or business.
• Conducts SAP inventory transactions such as cycle counts, recounts, replenishments, and inventory reconciliations.
• Resolves inventory and order management issues to ensure that customer service objectives are met.
• Ensures inventory accuracy is maintained and assists with internal external inventory audits as required.
• Assist with in-house damage inventory control activities.
• Identify and verify in-house damaged starting materials to ensure proper SAP inventory updates along with proper disposition of materials.
• Assists with organizing and executing pallet preparation for destruction.
• Prepare pallets identified as obsolete, no longer available for use, or disposition for destruction and coordinate material pickup with 3rd party destruction representative.
• Acts as a back-up for Inventory Specialist and Logistic Technicians critical functions normally performed by team members as required. To ensure critical tasks are completed in a timely manner to maintain business continuity. Coverage during PTO and to assist as needed.

Inventory Control Coordinator, 3rd Shift

Coordinator, Inventory Control

• The Associate Inventory Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager for 100% accuracy of the store’s inventory
• Responsible for overseeing the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers daily
• In charge of making transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages daily
• Maintain Inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in the implementation of the company’s policies and operating procedures on inventory controls
• This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving any inventory issues that may arise
• The Assistant Inventory Manager must complete all work in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Associate Inventory Manager

• Maintain, support, and grow sales of regional distribution accounts.
• Conduct regular and extensive contact and follow up with existing distribution partners and target potential partners for additional regional growth.
• Conduct regular sales calls with end user partners to drive customer VOC and potential NPD opportunities for future growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute a Time & Territory Plan that will enable contact with all distributor and representative locations within the assigned geography.
• Maintain an active sales growth funnel within CRM including defined projects that contribute to overall sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present presentations about BAND-IT capabilities and solutions to customers and prospective customers.
• Maintain an understanding of BAND-IT’s technical, service, support and product capabilities, and products, and communicate the same to customers and prospective customers.
• Understand and report on end-user applications, problems to be solved and opportunities, then propose and present BAND-IT solutions to customers.
• Identify, document, and follow up sales leads and new customer opportunities.
• Participate in communicating and resolving customer complaints and product returns and issues within assigned geography. All such complaints and product issues to be documented and tracked through the appropriate processes.
• Use “value selling” approach and tools as available and present BAND-IT’s value versus competitive or alternative fastening solutions.
• Recommend, prepare and secure approval for pricing and quotations when necessary.
• Recommend and attend / participate in approved customer events such as supplier shows, field sales meetings, conventions and events within geography, utilizing additional internal resources as required.
• Travel up to 50% of time.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Distribution Sales Manager – Midwest

• Review and approve office supply orders.
• Manage backorders and discontinued items to ensure continuity of operations.
• Support cost reduction and cost-saving implementation strategies.
• Provide daily supply chain support and serve as point of contact (POC) for assigned offices.
• Lead supply chain setup for DeNovo offices, including creation and tracking of supplier orders.
• Coordinate uniform program setup for DeNovos, new hires, and existing offices as needed.
• Provide tactical support during supplier RFP processes.
• Assist in implementing negotiated supplier savings across the organization.
• Maintain Dentira ordering platform, including updates, accuracy, and user setup/deactivation.
• Manage IT ticketing and warranty process for IO Sensors.
• Conduct inventory audits for IO Sensors, Nomads, and other assigned assets.
• Act as backup POC for offices as needed.
• Collaborate with construction, IT, and regional leadership during DeNovo launches.
• Provide support for ad-hoc supply chain projects and initiatives.

• Provide advanced technical support to Acumatica customers and partners, handling complex and high-priority cases.

• Oversee and manage a team responsible for the reconciliation of inventory and discrepancies throughout Medline’s distribution network.

• Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory adjustments.
• Raise awareness among management peers on ongoing transactional processing/posting concerns.

Inventory Control Manager

• Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to sales and inventory goals
• Analyze complex datasets (forecast, inventory, shipments, POS) to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations

• The Senior Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for building accurate SKU-level demand forecasts.
• Establishing supply plans, and managing inventory levels to meet customer and business objectives.
• This role bridges demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure service levels, profitability, and efficient inventory utilization.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, Distribution, Finance, and Account Support.
• Create, document, and maintain demand SKU level forecasts aligned with supply for long-range planning.
• Reconcile the differences between macro business plans and SKU level forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and customers to develop assortment and demand plans.

• Partner with field-based District Service Managers, Clinicals Specialist, Sales Reps and District Managers to ensure the right product is the right place at the right time helping to execute the perfect patient and customer experience through daily coverage logistics.

• Serve as a strategic leader responsible for maturing and optimizing the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
