About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage a team responsible for the reconciliation of inventory and discrepancies throughout Medline’s distribution network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional inventory control teams to achieve specified goals.
- Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory adjustments.
- Raise awareness among management peers on ongoing transactional processing/posting concerns.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory practices/reporting.
- Intermediate to Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables and charts, creating data tables, importing and exporting data to Microsoft Access).
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
