• You act as Lead Architect and strategic advisor for our clients, translating business strategies into scalable, secure and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• You support international companies in the digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes.
• You act as a Trusted Advisor to stakeholders up to C‑level and serve as the central point of contact — internally and externally.
• As Principal Consultant, you are responsible for the professional and technical quality of complex client projects and contribute significantly to their success.
• You lead workshops for requirements gathering, process definition, reengineering, gap analysis and solution architecture.
• You develop ServiceNow target architectures, roadmaps and technical specifications for enterprise‑level implementations.
• You act as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple ServiceNow modules, e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB or CSDM.
• You are responsible for designing complex integrations as well as customer‑specific applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• You support pre‑sales activities, e.g., through solutioning, technical demos, effort estimations and architecture concepts.
• You take on technical leadership responsibilities and mentor senior and junior consultants through coaching, quality assurance and best practices.

• Erfassung von datenschutz- (DSGVO) und souveränitätsbezogenen Pain Points sowie Positionierung der Souveränen ServiceNow-Cloud als optimale Betriebslösung
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Sales-Cycles vom Erstkontakt über komplexe Ausschreibungsverfahren bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
• Strategischer Ausbau von Partnerschaften innerhalb des ServiceNow-Ökosystems (unter anderem mit Consulting-Partnern und Implementierern)

Business Development Manager – ServiceNow Sovereign Cloud

• Design, configuration and customization of the ServiceNow modules Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations and App Engine
• Development and hypercare of workflows, business rules, UI guidelines and integrations
• Act in a client-facing role collaborating with customer teams in Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance and IT to optimize cross-functional processes
• Create and optimize dashboards, reports and notifications
• Apply ServiceNow configuration and development best practices

Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant

• Design and further development of modules and applications within an overall system, including aligning technical requirements with business units
• Implementation of technical solutions and changes, taking into account system architecture, interfaces and dependencies
• Planning, execution and validation of developer and integration tests, and handover to testing, training and requesters
• Responsibility for documentation, operation and further development of applications in the context of IT Service Management tools (including subprojects)
• Ensuring a stable, contract- and requirement-compliant operation including releases, upgrades and non-regression testing
• Analysis and resolution of complex incidents (2nd-level support), including debugging, advisory activities and coordination of external support resources

Senior Application Specialist/Developer – ServiceNow Custom Apps

• As a ServiceNow specialist, you design architecture concepts for product and project solutions

• You support onboarding/mentoring of our junior consultants
• Managing (sub-)projects, stakeholder management, and reporting are part of your duties
• You take ownership of and continuously develop our ServiceNow service portfolio independently and proactively

• You accompany and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and concept through implementation to go-live.
