About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
You ensure compliance with coding and design standards and document your solutions in a clear and traceable manner.
You analyze existing applications, optimize them, and adapt them to new requirements.
You support system testing and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and contribute to quality assurance.
You actively participate in workshops, provide your technical perspective, and present implemented solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SPM, IRM, or HRSD)
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (including data model, APIs, and development tools)
Experience with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON)
At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and tailored to the audience
Confident client-facing manner — both remotely and on-site.
