About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and responsibility for the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects.
- Support for the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products.
- Development of specific ServiceNow requirements and applications.
- Customization of topic-specific modules and optimization of their use.
- Implementation and coordination of interfaces to other systems.
- Active support of projects and ensuring thorough documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Enjoys clearly documenting complex issues and working in a solution-oriented manner.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for OMS, FSM, or SPM.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Scoped Applications, Update Sets).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and scripting concepts such as Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
