About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, configuration and customization of the ServiceNow modules Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations and App Engine
- Development and hypercare of workflows, business rules, UI guidelines and integrations
- Act in a client-facing role collaborating with customer teams in Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance and IT to optimize cross-functional processes
- Create and optimize dashboards, reports and notifications
- Apply ServiceNow configuration and development best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant (minimum 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience)
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, data imports)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds) is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; additional certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of agile project management methodologies
- Self-directed, independent working style is required
- Fluent German and English required (both languages at least B2 level)
