About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configuration and customization of the ServiceNow modules Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations and App Engine
Development and hypercare of workflows, business rules, UI guidelines and integrations
Act in a client-facing role collaborating with customer teams in Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance and IT to optimize cross-functional processes
Create and optimize dashboards, reports and notifications
Apply ServiceNow configuration and development best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant (minimum 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience)
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, data imports)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds) is desirable
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; additional certifications are a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of agile project management methodologies
Self-directed, independent working style is required
Fluent German and English required (both languages at least B2 level)
