About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and take responsibility for the technical implementation of exciting ServiceNow projects
Develop and design complex ServiceNow solutions
Translate requirements into technical solutions and take responsibility for the implementation and configuration of tailored applications and modules
Work closely with our clients and understand their requirements
Build long-term, trusting relationships
Ensure together with your team that projects are successfully delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
Coordinate with other teams, especially around integrations and interfaces
Collaborate with international colleagues
Share your knowledge within the team and actively contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the ServiceNow environment
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and modules
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
Expertise in at least one of the following areas: CSM, FSM, SPM, or SOM
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus
Customer-oriented mindset
Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approx. 50%)
