Senior Application/System Sales Engineer – OnGuard

• Owner of the Supply Chain Planning solution expertise through product evangelism, deep product expertise, and application of industry nuances and differentiators.
• Create deep Supply Chain Planning product expertise and represent the ‘go-to’ expert for the Supply Chain Planning platform.
• Provide expertise for Supply Chain Planning integration across prospects' business systems during the sales cycle.
• Support Supply Chain Planning opportunity qualification, progression, and closure through technical expertise and relationship building.
• Work directly with Channel Partners and Value-Added Resellers as required as part of sales cycles.
• Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop integration requirements specifications and industry alignment.
• Provide Supply Chain Planning platform, product, and bill of material inputs into the prospect's proposal cycle.
• Prepare and lead Supply Chain Planning product demonstrations and Lead Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Provide customer and market differentiator input to Supply Chain Planning Product Management as input into future development and capability requirements.
• Attend key Sales Leadership and L10 meetings as required.

Sales Engineer, Supply Chain Planning

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes

Principal Specialist Sales Engineer, Zero Trust – Healthcare

• Develops professional relationships with key architectural & engineering firms in PNA targeted markets, utilizing engineering expertise to drive and influence product specification
• Develops, recommends, and implements A&E specification programs at an effective level across the targeted markets for maximum benefit to PNA
• Serves as PNA’s go-to technical resource for architects and engineers
• Provides technical support to the selling team through interpretation of internal and external engineering reports, building codes, and the demonstration of design equivalency in support of key project opportunities
• Creates marketable collateral and tools to educate, inform, and influence stakeholders
• Builds and manages relationships with select National Account owner/occupiers
• Measures and monitors the effectiveness of all programs implemented
• Proactively provides feedback and recommendations to manager and other PNA functions such as Marketing and Engineering, and collaborates with these functions to coordinate specification selling plans
• Feed Innovation pipeline with Voice of Customer insights
• Recognizes trends to draw conclusions and effectively drive changes to positively impact specification conversions
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
