Sales Development Rep

• Lead publisher acquisition efforts across the French market, from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, relationship building, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand Refinery89's presence in France.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing publishing partners.
• Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Sales Development Representative

• Identifier, contacter et qualifier de nouveaux prospects depuis nos bureaux lyonnais.
• Identifier les commerces à fort potentiel pour Toporder et cibler les bons prospects.
• Atteindre les objectifs mensuels de prises de démonstrations pour les Business Developers.
• Optimiser la qualité des prises de démo : gestion du panier moyen, respect des délais de démo, gestion des “no-show” et identification des bons décisionnaires.
• Gérer le pipeline de l’équipe SDR, en assurant un suivi rigoureux des opportunités.
• Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel au Team Lead pour suivre la progression des objectifs.
• Participer aux salons et événements pour développer le réseau et l’image de Toporder.
• Utiliser des outils de prospection tels que Pharow, Kaspr, LinkedIn, etc., pour maximiser l’efficacité et la précision de ta recherche de prospects.

• Report and analyze the impact of each Blank Sailing
• Update the regional management deck on a monthly basis
• Coordinate the organization of regional seminars and workshops
• Support agencies in organizing commercial and marketing events
• Act as a key interface with the EURAF team
• Take ownership of PowerPoint presentations covering all regional topics

Sales Development Intern

• contribute to PayFit's growth
• generate as many sales opportunities as possible (100% outbound)
• identify, qualify (20% email & 80% phone) and convince prospects
• prospect and build a sales pipeline with the aim of generating qualified leads for our Account Executives
• understand prospects' needs to propose an appropriate solution
• identify key decision-makers and influencers
• work closely with your Sales Manager to grow your pipeline
• ensure clear and relevant prospective customer data is entered into Salesforce
• proactively share your ideas and best practices with your team
• develop skills with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach (Sequences + Calls), Notion, Slack, Looker, TextExpander

Business Developer / SDR

• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound inquiries.
• Schedule and manage demos for Account Executives, supporting the full sales cycle.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and internal teams to maximize business outcomes.
• Use the CRM to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured way.
• Stay informed about trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market.
• Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to learn, actively contributing to the growth of the Sales team.

• Responsible for positioning the company’s products and/or services via telephone and text channels, with well-qualified leads and target prospects.
• Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads.
• Manages the handover of qualified leads to the Field and/or Inside Sales team for close.
• Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company, and enhances awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products/services.
• Prepares activity and forecast reports.
• Assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.
• Find alternative ways to break into a company and continually drive momentum.
