Sales Development Representative
Refinery89Sales Development Representative responsible for driving growth in the French market for Refinery89. Building relationships and managing sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead publisher acquisition efforts across the French market, from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, relationship building, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand Refinery89's presence in France.
- Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing publishing partners.
- Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level French and professional fluency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account acquisition, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual meetings.
- Strong prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly resilient.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
