Revenue Operations

• Manage and support partners, attorneys and assistants on all billing- and revenue-related processes and inquiries, including active accounts receivable management.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their requirements for billing processes are met.
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects, continuously update working processes, and work closely with global revenue teams to provide logistical and technical support at the local level.
• Work closely with the local finance committee member; prepare for, attend and follow up on actions from regular revenue meetings.
• Collaborate with the eBilling team to ensure corrective measures for future submissions.
• Create and review proformas in Elite 3E (for existing or new matters/bookings) and produce project analyses and reports in the 3E system.

Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations

• Administration, further development and scaling of our HubSpot stack (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
• Design and optimization of lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle stages, attribution, and forecasting logic
• Analysis of funnel, pipeline, conversion, and performance data to derive concrete recommendations for action
• Creation of reports, dashboards and management insights for the go-to-market organization
• Preparation and follow-up of QBRs including data analysis, performance reviews and tracking of actions
• Development of AI and predictive approaches to better prioritize, plan and manage our go-to-market activities
• Ensuring pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy and transparent KPI management

CRM, Revenue Operations Manager

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, building and maintaining models that give leadership a reliable forward-looking view of ARR development, net revenue retention (NRR) and gross revenue retention (GRR) across EMEA and the US.
• Design and deliver full-funnel revenue performance reporting, from upper-funnel marketing KPIs (leads, MQLs, campaign contribution to revenue) through to recognized revenue, renewals and customer expansion, ensuring every stage of the revenue lifecycle is visible and actionable.
• Track and analyze existing customer revenue performance in close collaboration with Customer Success, monitoring NRR, expansion revenue and churn risk as integral components of the overall revenue health picture.
• Serve as a critical interface to Finance and Operations translating revenue data into the inputs Finance needs for planning and reporting cycles and aligning with Operations on the process infrastructure that underpins revenue delivery.
• Actively contribute to NavVis's company-wide OKRs tied to the transformation towards an ARR- and revenue-focused business model, translating strategic growth initiatives into operational metrics, reporting structures and cross-functional processes that make the transformation measurable and accountable.
• Collaborate closely with NavVis's Sales Operations experts, building on their deep sales process knowledge to extend visibility upstream into marketing and downstream into customer revenue, without duplicating what Sales Ops already owns.
• Actively explore and embed AI-powered solutions into revenue processes from revenue forecasting and lead scoring to automated reporting and workflow optimization to help us scale without adding manual overhead.

Revenue Operations Manager

• Own and manage our commercial toolstack – Full ownership of HubSpot (advanced admin level) and all connected GTM systems (e.g. Aircall, Clay, Zapier).
• Build and implement complex CRM automations – Design and maintain multi-object workflows (e.g. lifecycle logic, renewal triggers, routing, structured handovers, AI-enriched data flows).
• Drive structural system improvements – Lead large architecture topics such as CRM object restructuring, organizational structure representation, support/AM integration, and documentation automation.
• Leverage AI in operational workflows – Integrate AI into processes beyond basic chat usage (e.g. scoring models, enrichment flows, AI steps inside automations, API-based workflows).
• Ensure data & process quality – Establish standards for data integrity, eliminate duplicates, proactively monitor workflow errors, and maintain clean data flows across tools.
• Reduce admin time for customer-facing teams – Automate manual tasks and simplify workflows to free up Sales and AM teams for high-value customer interactions.
• Support commercial teams operationally – Resolve ad-hoc admin and tooling requests efficiently and continuously improve systems based on feedback.

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• Build systems that scale revenue. Design and ship automations, AI-based workflows, and low-code solutions that eliminate friction across our entire GTM stack — not just maintain what exists.
• Diagnose business problems through data. Monitor outputs across CRM, marketing, and CS systems; identify anomalies; trace root causes back to process failures. You're the one who catches what no one else sees.
• Shape cross-functional decisions. Translate ambiguous operational needs from Sales, Marketing, and CS into structured system logic — then implement it. You'll be in the room when it matters.
• Evaluate what's next. Proactively research emerging tools and AI developments and recommend whether we act — you'll have the context to make that call credibly.
• Contribute to reporting that drives strategy. Build dashboards and visualizations used by leadership to steer the company.

Working Student, RevOps

• ▪ GTM tech stack architecture. HubSpot at the core, plus Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, ABM platforms, dialers, and the emerging AI tooling landscape. Evaluate, integrate, govern.
• ▪ Revenue forecast. Build and run the weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast the CRO and Board rely on — methodology, data quality, accuracy tracking.
• ▪ Pipeline generation and velocity. Design and drive the drumbeats — inbound, outbound, ABM, events — that keep pipeline coverage ahead of plan.
• ▪ Sales methodology and best practices. Own the playbook — qualification, stages, exit criteria, handoffs — and embed it in the stack so it’s lived, not slideware.
• ▪ Enablement and training. Design best-in-class onboarding and ongoing training: methodology, product, discovery, negotiation, AI-tooling fluency.
• ▪ AI-enabled GTM architecture. Rebuild the engine with AI agents and automation at the core — scoring, routing, enrichment, research, drafting, forecasting, coaching.
• ▪ CRO initiatives and Board comms. Run strategic projects alongside the CRO; prepare the revenue readouts that go in front of the Board.

Head of Revenue Operations

• Reshape our revenue function. Rolling out a new sales motion across our revenue function or supporting our enterprise and international expansions — you own the strategic projects that change how our revenue function operates.
• Build the operational backbone across the full revenue cycle. From business development and outbound to AE pipeline management, customer onboarding, and customer expansion — you connect the dots, remove the friction, and make the whole machine run faster.
