About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • CRM operations: Administer CRM and manage pipelines, fields, workflows, reports
  • Evaluate and potentially migrate CRM while assessing system compatibility
  • Maintain and improve tools for Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success
  • Define handover criteria and enforce data hygiene in CRM reporting
  • Document and train users on CRM capabilities to maximize performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations or as a CRM admin
  • Hands-on CRM ownership as admin or power user: Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable
  • Built automations before (Zapier, Make, n8n or native CRM workflows)
  • Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN) — enough to pull an ad-hoc analysis yourself
  • Excellent German and English
