About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administration, further development and scaling of our HubSpot stack (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Design and optimization of lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle stages, attribution, and forecasting logic
  • Analysis of funnel, pipeline, conversion, and performance data to derive concrete recommendations for action
  • Creation of reports, dashboards and management insights for the go-to-market organization
  • Preparation and follow-up of QBRs including data analysis, performance reviews and tracking of actions
  • Development of AI and predictive approaches to better prioritize, plan and manage our go-to-market activities
  • Ensuring pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy and transparent KPI management
  • Process optimization across the entire customer journey, from first lead to closed-won and beyond
  • Ensuring high data quality and a clean CRM system as the basis for reliable decision-making
  • Enabling the go-to-market team through training, playbooks, templates and automations
  • Cross-functional and international collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales, Channel, Sales Solutions and Product Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Solid HubSpot expertise, preferably supported by relevant certifications
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving concrete recommendations from data
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, forecasts and performance analyses
  • Interest in AI, predictive analytics, automation and data-driven go-to-market management
  • Experience with adjacent tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach or BI tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong quality focus on data, processes and systems
  • Hands-on mentality: you enjoy building solutions yourself while thinking strategically
  • Fluent German and English skills
