• Optimization and automation of development and operations processes
• Automating and ensuring the scalability of applications
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to improve our processes and software
• Managing cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Automating deployments and infrastructure with tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Pulumi
• Monitoring and logging (e.g., with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) or cloud-based observability platforms like New Relic

• Administration, further development and scaling of our HubSpot stack (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
• Design and optimization of lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle stages, attribution, and forecasting logic
• Analysis of funnel, pipeline, conversion, and performance data to derive concrete recommendations for action
• Creation of reports, dashboards and management insights for the go-to-market organization
• Preparation and follow-up of QBRs including data analysis, performance reviews and tracking of actions
• Development of AI and predictive approaches to better prioritize, plan and manage our go-to-market activities
• Ensuring pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy and transparent KPI management
• Process optimization across the entire customer journey, from first lead to closed-won and beyond
• Ensuring high data quality and a clean CRM system as the basis for reliable decision-making
• Enabling the go-to-market team through training, playbooks, templates and automations
• Cross-functional and international collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales, Channel, Sales Solutions and Product Marketing
