Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor and influencing functional leaders without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle and GTM processes.
  • Proven ownership of forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling (Gong), as well as reporting or data-visualization platforms (Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, including at the executive level.
  • Strong project and cross-functional coordination skills.
