Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of Revenue Operations experience (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops)
  • Tool mastery: HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Lemlist, Make/Zapier, n8n, relevance ai
  • Analytical mindset: lead scoring, attribution, funnel analysis and forecasting
  • Cross-functional experience: working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Growth mentality: hunger for scaling
  • Consulting affinity: enjoyment of strategic advising plus hands-on implementation
  • Leadership ambitions: build and lead a RevOps team
  • AI curiosity: interest in integrating AI into revenue processes
  • Personality: high-performance, proactive, coachable, can-do attitude
