Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of Revenue Operations experience (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops)
- Tool mastery: HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Lemlist, Make/Zapier, n8n, relevance ai
- Analytical mindset: lead scoring, attribution, funnel analysis and forecasting
- Cross-functional experience: working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
- Growth mentality: hunger for scaling
- Consulting affinity: enjoyment of strategic advising plus hands-on implementation
- Leadership ambitions: build and lead a RevOps team
- AI curiosity: interest in integrating AI into revenue processes
- Personality: high-performance, proactive, coachable, can-do attitude
