Product Operations

• Support operational readiness for live sports launches and ongoing event execution across FOX DTC / FOX ONE platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Content Operations, Editorial, Programming, and Customer Support teams to coordinate live sports workflows and drive issue resolution
• Build, document, and improve scalable product operations processes, playbooks, and tools that support live sports events and other high-priority launches
• Monitor and manage the operational nuances of sports, including shifting schedules, event timing, blackout and entitlement scenarios, metadata accuracy, and regional considerations
• Help define pre-event, in-event, and post-event operational procedures to ensure a high-quality viewer experience during live sports moments
• Identify operational risks, gaps, and dependencies across live sports experiences, escalating issues quickly and partnering with stakeholders on mitigation plans
• Analyze event performance, operational trends, support signals, and workflow pain points to recommend improvements that enhance execution and user experience
• Serve as a key operational stakeholder for live sports initiatives, ensuring product changes and launches are aligned with the realities and pace of live event programming
• Support coverage planning and execution needs tied to live sports calendars, including availability during nights, weekends, and other timeframes driven by event schedules

Staff – Product Operations, Sports

• Voice of Customer — Product
• Own the end-to-end VOC program for product: collecting, synthesizing, and distributing customer insights from NPS, support signals, sales calls, and Gong/call analysis
• Deliver actionable synthesis, not raw data to product, PMM, CX, and leadership so teams can act on what customers are saying
• Build and maintain systems and tools for routing the right insights to the right teams at the right time
• Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
• Own CAB end-to-end: recruit and manage the member list, set cadence and agenda, facilitate sessions when needed, and close the loop with participants
• Translate CAB conversations into structured input that directly informs roadmap and prioritization discussions
• Early Access Program
• Own the Early Access group. Helping recruit the right customers, coordinating with PMs on what is being tested, and managing communication cadence so participants feel valued and stay engaged
• Gather and synthesize structured feedback during access periods to support go/no-go and refinement decisions
• Product Analytics & KPI Reporting
• Own and administer Pendo as the primary product analytics tool — ensuring features, pages, and events are properly tagged and instrumentation is accurate and up to date
• Partner with Engineering and Product to audit tagging coverage, close gaps, and maintain data integrity so adoption reporting can be trusted
• Establish and enforce tagging standards and naming conventions so data is consistent across the product and over time
• Own creation and maintenance of product adoption metrics and key product KPIs including feature adoption, engagement trends, and usage patterns by customer segment
• Build and maintain the dashboards and reports that PMs and leadership rely on to understand product health and make prioritization decisions
• Connect quantitative usage data with qualitative VOC signals to surface the insights that matter most
• Go-to-Market Readiness & Artifact Creation
• Work closely with PMM, CX, Sales, and Support to ensure the right product context flows to the right teams ahead of launches and updates
• Assist in writing and producing the artifacts the product team needs: such as product briefs, internal and external release notes, screenshots, demos, etc.
• Own the quality and timeliness of these outputs. This is a producing role, not a delegating role

• Using AI tools daily to automate repetitive PM workflows — call transcript summarization, feedback tagging, competitive intel pulls, release note drafts, and research briefs

• Continuously identifying the next workflow to accelerate and then actually building it
• We are not layering AI onto old workflows, we are redesigning how product work gets done.

Product Operations Manager

• Work with the Director of Product Strategy & NPI to take existing process documentation to a production-ready state — adding detail, building consistency, and closing gaps across both MTO and non-printed finished good pipelines
• Facilitate working sessions with the NPI, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Development teams to validate process logic, surface edge cases, and pressure-test documentation against real launch scenarios
• Flag decisions that require Director or cross-functional sign-off rather than resolving them unilaterally; maintain a clear log of open items and owners throughout
• Translate finalized process documentation into structured, tool-ready logic for the Airtable build; serve as the process SME in configuration sessions to ensure the build reflects operational reality
• Identify and resolve process ambiguities before they become tool build problems; own the handoff between process definition and technical configuration
• Support user acceptance testing and adoption readiness ahead of tool launch within the contract window
• Maintain a clear view of workstream status, open decisions, and sequencing dependencies; surface risks to the Director proactively before they affect the build timeline
• Own meeting facilitation and decision documentation across internal stakeholders throughout the engagement

Product Operations Lead – Contract

• Own and orchestrate the annual and quarterly strategic planning cycle for the Product and R&D organization, including goal-setting (OKRs/MBOs), investment prioritization, and portfolio review.
• Partner with CPO, VP Product, VP Engineering, and Finance to develop multi-year product investment strategies and resource allocation frameworks.
• Translate business strategy into actionable operating plans; maintain a live view of strategic commitments, resource coverage, and trade-offs.
• Identify, scope, and personally drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives that cut across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Enhance product operations function: product launch readiness, go-to-market coordination, release management, and feedback loop integration.
• Communicate program status, strategic progress, and operational health clearly to C-level executives and board stakeholders.

Senior Manager, Product Operations

• Own and formalize customer and GTM feedback mechanisms including Product Feature Requests (PFRs), customer advisory inputs, sales pipeline insights, and structured product feedback workflows.
• Establish scalable processes for gathering, organizing, prioritizing, and communicating customer requirements across Product and Engineering organizations.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to drive roadmap planning, prioritization discussions, release coordination, and execution tracking.
• Serve as a cross-functional operational bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Build and maintain operational workflows that improve product delivery timelines, release coordination, prioritization visibility, and execution accountability.
• Coordinate roadmap reviews, prioritization meetings, release planning sessions, and ongoing product operations cadences across departments.
• Translate customer, market, and field feedback into actionable operational insights that support product strategy and development initiatives.
• Help define and operationalize product lifecycle management processes, including intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, and delivery tracking.

Director of Product Operations

• Directly support Product by operationalizing processes required to provide our service to our customers like filing paperwork, handling computer vision edge cases, resolving failed check deposits, and more.
• Manage relationships and downstream regulatory requirements that are core to our product offering — USPS, financial institutions, state governments, and other service providers.
• Build internal tools for our teams.
• Establish and enforce our stance on risk in coordination with Finance + Legal; improve our compliance, KYB, and verification processes.
• Whatever it takes; you will be handed some of the hardest and messiest problems.

• Drive MIPS product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment between business unit priorities, customer needs, and technology roadmaps
• Drive strategic prioritization frameworks and investment trade-off decisions across product initiatives

Senior Director, Product Operations

• You work with design, engineering, clinical, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and business logic before work begins.
