Product Designer

• Collaborate with design, art, engineering, and production to adapt existing UI and UX systems for new platforms while preserving core gameplay workflows and player expectations

• Lead innovation and design initiatives aligned to Platform Engineering priorities, from problem framing through conceptualization, prototyping, validation and delivery.
• Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to large-scale platform and infrastructure challenges.
• Partner with platform, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to shape modern, resilient and scalable platform solutions.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives, including architectural evolution, tooling improvements and experience-focused platform design.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, and vendor led information workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Innovation & Design Lead

• Lead the game design function across one or more projects, setting design direction and ensuring consistent execution across the team.
• Own and maintain design documentation, including pillars, feature specs, tuning goals, content guidelines, and playtesting frameworks.
• Partner with client stakeholders, internal discipline leads, and production to align on scope, priorities, milestones, and design quality.

Learning Experience Designer

• Work directly with clients and their teams, from early discovery through launch, running the full arc of product design.
