About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the evolution of the roadmap aligned with business objectives and client expectations
  • Co-create solutions with stakeholders through to handoff that improve customer experience and operational efficiency, taking into account their context (deadlines, maturity, business constraints) and the needs of our small and large client accounts
  • Conduct interviews, observations, and focus groups to identify needs
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops with users or stakeholders
  • Collaborate on projects as a full-time consultant or in project mode (part-time, hours bank)
  • Design mockups, prototypes, and mappings to communicate product interactions and visual appearance
  • Prepare and present concepts to the team and stakeholders
  • Ensure visual and functional design consistency across projects and promote best practices (e.g., Design System)
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs
  • Conduct user testing and A/B tests and make changes based on feedback
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and design proposals to support the agency
  • Actively participate in Design community events (UX/UI)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, designing user interfaces and digital products
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in user-centered design and usability principles
  • Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma
  • Interest in AI and willingness to integrate AI into practices where it makes sense
  • Experience implementing web accessibility standards (familiarity with WCAG AA level)
  • Experience creating and evolving Design Systems
  • Strong systems thinking to approach complex design challenges
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, supported by stakeholder insights, data, and user interview findings
