About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct user interviews, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
Map user journeys and flows, build wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback and usability testing.
Create polished, high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that are consistent, accessible, and on-brand.
Contribute to and maintain a shared component library/design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile.
Partner closely with PMs and engineers throughout the product lifecycle — from early concept through implementation and QA.
Build interactive prototypes to test concepts before development investment.
Present design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback from technical and non-technical partners alike.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and/or mobile).
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work — research, flows, wireframes, and finished UI.
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive/adaptive design.
Experience designing for complex, data-rich, or workflow-driven products (e.g., internal tools, enterprise software, dashboards) is a plus.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — this role touches early-stage product exploration as well as refinement of existing features.
Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system is a plus.
