About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct user interviews, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Map user journeys and flows, build wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Create polished, high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that are consistent, accessible, and on-brand.
  • Contribute to and maintain a shared component library/design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile.
  • Partner closely with PMs and engineers throughout the product lifecycle — from early concept through implementation and QA.
  • Build interactive prototypes to test concepts before development investment.
  • Present design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback from technical and non-technical partners alike.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and/or mobile).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work — research, flows, wireframes, and finished UI.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive/adaptive design.
  • Experience designing for complex, data-rich, or workflow-driven products (e.g., internal tools, enterprise software, dashboards) is a plus.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — this role touches early-stage product exploration as well as refinement of existing features.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system is a plus.
