Senior Product Designer – UX/UI, Pharma & Health

• Estruturar experiências digitais que integrem interface, lógica de produto e dados clínicos, traduzindo fluxos complexos em soluções claras, utilizáveis e consistentes para médicos e equipes assistenciais.
• Conduzir atividades de discovery, entendimento de contexto e definição de problemas;
• Estruturar fluxos, jornadas, regras de negócio e interações do sistema;
• Criar wireframes, protótipos e interfaces funcionais que sirvam de base para validações e implementação;
• Considerar cenários de apoio, erros, exceções e variações de dados nos fluxos desenhados;
• Traduzir requisitos complexos em soluções claras, intuitivas e utilizáveis;
• Garantir consistência entre interface, lógica e dados do produto;
• Identificar, documentar e ajustar inconsistências e falhas de fluxo antes da implementação;
• Documentar feedbacks, decisões, fluxos e critérios de aceite de forma clara para o time técnico;
• Definir e evoluir padrões de UX/UI em componentes, telas e fluxos no Figma (ou ferramenta equivalente);
• Trabalhar em parceria com engenharia e produto para garantir viabilidade, entendimento e qualidade das entregas;
• Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de produto e experiência.

Product Designer – UX/UI

• Own and evolve PIERRE's design system in Figma — semantic tokens, components, variables, states, scoping.
• Translate system updates from Figma into the codebase: open the React Native repo in Cursor, edit components, run things locally, prototype with Claude Code.
• Design and ship product features end-to-end at the screen and flow level.
• Contribute to PIERRE's widget system — a generative, modular home built around natural language interactions with our AI.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily method.

• Co-lead product vision and design strategy alongside Product Managers and the data team
• Define, track, and act on UX metrics such as task success rate, time on task, error rates, and behavioral signals
• Proactively identify opportunities and propose product improvements grounded in user insights, metrics, and validated hypotheses
• Collaborate with the data team to design A/B experiments and measure the impact of design decisions through evidence
• Deliver high-quality design solutions supported by clear metrics frameworks and tracking plans
• Navigate ambiguity with autonomy and initiative, defining scope, priorities, and timelines independently
• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually polished user experiences across digital platforms
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency, deepen research, support frontend shaping, and expand product design ownership
• Contribute to defining and promoting AI standards and best practices within the design team
• Participate actively in roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, discovery sessions, and product strategy discussions
• Collaborate closely with developers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
• Guide workshops that align business goals, user needs, and product opportunities
• Mentor UX/UI Designers on product thinking, design quality, and data-informed decision-making
• Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, technologies, AI capabilities, and design best practices
• Support recruitment and hiring processes through portfolio reviews, technical evaluations, and interviews
• Advocate for user-centered design and continuous improvement across the organization

• Participate in UX Research initiatives, including discovery, qualitative research, benchmarks, and comparative analyses;
• Map user journeys, create task flows, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes (preferably in Figma);
• Plan and moderate usability tests, prepare scripts, and organize user sessions;
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban);
• Use the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability of Web components;
• Support the promotion of UX best practices, accessibility, and research within the organization;
• Translate business needs and insights into impact-driven solutions.

UX Designer

• Partner with the Health team;
• Orchestrate differing stakeholder interests;
• Optimize a strategic product, ensuring its standardization for implementation;
• Develop functional and visual solutions aligned with user needs;
• Consider technical requirements in product design;
• Analyze data and apply design best practices to inform decisions;
• Contribute to business returns through metrics-driven design.

Senior Product Designer, Health Insurance

• Work embedded with a major partner in the Health Insurance sector, directly contributing to the build and evolution of a new health-focused application.
• Lead experience discussions, aligning different stakeholders and ensuring consistency between business needs, users, and technical feasibility.
• Work hands-on on design deliverables.
• Be responsible for guiding product decisions, supporting the advancement of design maturity on the project, and influencing multidisciplinary teams in building relevant and scalable digital experiences.

Design Lead – Health Insurance

• Design with clarity and consistency

Senior Product Designer

• Performs activities covering the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to supporting the final deployment of features.
• Conduct user needs assessments.
• Define and scope system requirements and functionalities.
• Create system prototypes.
• Write code in programming languages specified by the client.
• Perform system testing.
• Deploy systems according to client standards.
• Resolve system defects.
• Document processes and produce diagrams.

UX/UI Specialist

• Understand users' needs, business rules and technical constraints;
• Establish delivery deadlines and ensure they are met;
• Create medium- and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Align design solutions with UX leadership and other departments;
• Identify opportunities to standardize UI, UX and team processes and contribute to the evolution of the design system;
• Deliver solutions for our internal and external users, seeking the best possible experience within the investment context (e.g., stock purchases, investment funds, fixed income, yields, interaction with advisors, etc.).
