About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Discovery and Design Thinking processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Plan and conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), interviews, usability tests, and hypothesis validation.
- Map user journeys, navigation flows, personas, and information architecture.
- Create wireframes and low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Develop consistent, responsive interfaces aligned with the Design System.
- Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams during development, ensuring the quality of the delivered experience.
- Contribute to product strategy definition, bringing a user-centered perspective.
- Analyze usage, behavior, and conversion metrics to continuously evolve the product.
- Facilitate workshops, co-creation activities, and ideation sessions.
- Support and mentor more junior designers, promoting UX/UI best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Fluent English.
- Strong experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in Product Design.
- Experience with digital products (Web and Mobile).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variables, Prototypes, and Libraries).
- Knowledge of Design Systems.
- Experience with Design Thinking, Double Diamond, or similar methodologies.
- Knowledge of UX Research, UX Writing, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions to diverse audiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects.
