Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Designer (senior level);
Strong command of end-to-end design processes;
UI design skills (prototyping, user flows, interaction, visual consistency);
Experience in agile, cross-functional environments;
Experience with discovery (research, hypothesis generation, validation);
Experience with financial products, insurance, or partner ecosystems (e.g., brokers);
Experience transforming legacy systems;
Experience with metrics and experimentation (A/B testing, usability testing, etc.).
