Conduct research and map user journeys to turn insights into clear product strategies;
Prototype solutions and maintain design system consistency, ensuring scalability and efficient documentation;
Monitor performance metrics and advocate data‑driven design decisions to optimize business outcomes;
Organize design methods and processes focused on efficiency and measurable results;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience designing product interfaces for apps and mobile;
Portfolio demonstrating the end‑to‑end process: from discovery to delivery, with associated business results;
Proficiency in design systems, atomic design, and componentization;
Familiarity with design methodologies across discovery, growth, and product scaling;
Strong command of UX research: interviews, personas, journeys, prototyping, and documentation;
Ability to translate business requirements into human‑centered (HCD) solutions that deliver value;
Analytical mindset to identify problems and opportunities beyond stated requirements;
Fluency in design heuristics and usability best practices;
Advanced experience with Figma, including auto layout, variants, and interface componentization;
Strong written and verbal communication to present and defend design decisions;
Experience in product environments with rapid experimentation cycles (A/B testing, continuous discovery, etc.);
Comfort with data‑driven decision making using analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Clarity, GA, or similar).
