Senior Manager, People – Walmart Connect International

• Administer and manage US employee benefits programs — medical, dental, vision, life, disability — including annual open enrollment, carrier relationships, and ongoing employee support.
• Manage 401(k) plan administration, including contributions, compliance testing, employee communications, and coordination with the plan provider.
• Serve as the primary owner of the TriNet PEO relationship, managing the platform day-to-day, resolving employee queries, and ensuring data accuracy across payroll, benefits, and compliance modules.
• Own the EOR relationship for Canadian employees — serving as the internal point of contact, managing day-to-day HR queries, and ensuring the EOR provider is meeting compliance, payroll, and benefits obligations under Canadian provincial law.
• Maintain and administer SAP SuccessFactors for the North American population, including employee records, position management, and compensation data integrity.
• Provide expert guidance on complex US and Canadian employee relations matters — performance management, grievances, conflict resolution, and formal investigations — in full compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor law.
