About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage employees throughout their lifecycle (Preboarding, Onboarding, Adaptation, one-on-one meetings, Performance reviews, Exit interviews).
- Communicate effectively with Team Leads and Heads of Departments and provide reports on teams.
- Create, launch and analyze employee surveys.
- Support People & Organization (P&O) projects.
- Provide timely and effective resolution of issues raised by managers and team members and offer consultations.
- Ensure compliance with P&O procedures and policies and facilitate their automation.
- Conduct analytical work and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a People Partner or HRBP.
- Understanding of P&O processes: Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.
- Experience supporting teams of 50+ employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization and team management skills.
- Results-oriented with business acumen and systemic thinking.
- Strong people-management and mentoring skills.
- Experience in iGaming is a plus.
