About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide expert guidance and support on complex People Relations concerns
  • Lead People Relations initiatives supporting local and global RPR deliverables
  • Handle high-risk concerns and support RPR Advisors in meeting SLA expectations
  • Coach and develop RPR Advisors and/or Specialists
  • Build strong connections with the global team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience handling complex People Relations cases
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and compliance frameworks
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other HR professionals
  • Ability to build relationships with business leaders
  • Technical expertise in case management and risk assessment
  • Proficiency in People Relations case management and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to identify policy gaps and recommend updates
