Paralegal

• Document and database maintenance, including managing and overseeing electronic data document collections from internal and external clients

Paralegal – Labor and Employment

• Manage and maintain litigation and policing client/matter files including official papers.
• Prepare complaints, notices of opposition, petitions for cancellation, answers, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, deposition notices, declarations, motion related documents, proposed orders, exhibit appendices, and correspondence.
• Assist with document collection processes, including identifying documents responsive to discovery requests, and overseeing document production.
• E-file documents in various courts and administrative agencies, including but not limited to all Federal Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals (all Circuits), USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the Forum (domain name dispute proceedings), and state court.
• Perform factual and legal cite checking of motions and briefs utilizing key cite checking authorities.

Trademark Litigation Paralegal

• Manage and respond to subpoenas, garnishment orders, discovery requests, and other legally mandated notices
• Coordinate and support e‑discovery processes, including email searches, document retrieval, and electronic data collection relevant to legal requests
• Work closely with internal business contacts (e.g., HR, Payroll, IT, Operations)
• Engage with external legal counsel on matters related to discovery and subpoenas
• Maintain organized records of all requests, responses, and related correspondence
• Assist with process improvements, templates, and documentation related to subpoena and discovery response workflows

Claims Paralegal

• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, statements of use, renewals, assignments, and extensions of time with the USPTO
• Conduct preliminary trademark clearance searches and summarize the results for attorney review
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our trademark management database (WebTMS)
• Monitor and investigate potential infringements; assist with takedowns and other enforcement actions
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
