About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organizing board and board committee meetings
- Collating board materials
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Monitoring action items.
- Promoting and driving consistent standards of legal entity governance and oversight
- Providing support and training across corporate governance matters
- Assisting with local, regional and global regulatory and governance projects
- Maintaining corporate records and certifications
- Supporting on corporate procedures and record retention
- Oversight of Blueprint to ensure data maintenance
- Creating and maintaining investment structure charts
- Regular legal entity reporting and analysis to senior management on entity population.
- Dealing with Compliance, KYC, and AML requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Paralegal qualification
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Paralegal
- Experience in LP Transfers
- Experience working within the financial services sector
- Knowledge of US regulatory environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Regular client-facing experience
- Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
