Operations Manager

Operations & Admin Allrounder

• Managing the daily setup and maintenance of our core tools (Productive and Airtable)
• Ensuring rate cards are updated, project templates are correct, and new employees are properly set up
• Acting as the first line of defense for data accuracy
• Checking weekly timesheets for completion and ensuring time is logged correctly
• Actively chasing team members for missing inputs, escalating to the Resource Manager when senior staff consistently drops the ball
• Ensuring the administrative machine runs smoothly, while the Resource Manager books the freelancers
• Handling the onboarding of new talent, managing contracts, and ensuring NDAs and paperwork are signed and stored before any work begins
• Keeping our freelancer database (the Flexible Layer) up-to-date with current rates, portfolios, and availability, turning it into a highly usable asset for the planning team

Operations Coordinator

• As a FinOps expert at Yasu, you’ll help define the core approaches of how we look at FinOps and cloud engineering challenges and join us in expanding our robust platform that power our Multi-Agentic AI core platform.
• You will collaborate closely with the product team to turn new ideas into seamless, scalable features to help FinOps practitioners and Cloud engineers to achieve more with their money.
• And prevent cloud costs from skyrocketing.

Founding FinOps Engineer

• Track the sales pipeline, and prepare and update sales forecast overviews.
• Create and implement analytics reports and dashboards for the Sales team that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Provide account management support for the Sales, Services & Project Management, Marketing, and Finance teams, while assisting the Sales team with order administration, planning, and other operational tasks.

• Support day-to-day IT operations, including user onboarding and offboarding, account setup, and maintaining access across systems.
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with ticket triage in Jira Service Management, perform device checks, and support routine system maintenance.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including improving incident reporting workflows and strengthening overall IT security practices.

IT Operations Intern

• Lead, manage and develop a team of ~50 team members around the region with P&L responsibility to include sales, gross margin, marketing, expense and EBITDA results
• Lead and develop the revenue generation of the region including wholesale and distribution development
• Provide overall leadership, developing and implementing a clear vision, strategy and plan for the regional sales and GTM organization in line with Sound United’s go to-market strategy
