Regional IT Operations Consultant – Infra

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and coordinate infrastructure-related incidents and ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive problem management activities to prevent recurring issues.
- Support and coordinate major incident response and escalations.
- Implement infrastructure changes and support release and deployment activities.
- Monitor service availability, performance, and capacity, and proactively address risks.
- Maintain and improve asset and configuration management processes.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the Digital & Technology organization.
- Collaborate with regional and global Digital & Technology teams to ensure stable and efficient infrastructure services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, infrastructure reliability, maintenance and operational support environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in an international and geographically distributed environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on service quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
