About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to a practical management system for a rapidly growing healthcare operation.
  • Mapping the end-to-end Holter Operations process, from intake and analysis to QC, reporting and customer delivery.
  • Expanding and improving our capacity planning model, linking forecast demand to available analysis and QC capacity.
  • Translating Holter volumes into required productive analyst and QC hours.
  • Defining and refining operational KPIs.
  • Developing and improving the operational scorecard in Excel, Google Sheets or Power BI.
  • Creating KPI passports containing clear KPI definitions, formulas, data sources, owners and performance thresholds.
  • Analysing forecast accuracy, productivity, trainee ramp-up and seasonal effects such as holidays and examination periods.
  • Designing a simple recruitment and capacity pipeline for student ECG analysts, from candidate sourcing to independent productive capacity.
  • Translating operational data into practical management decisions: where capacity shortages will occur, which actions are required, and when they should be taken.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy translating complex processes into quantitative models.
  • You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Power BI, Python or SQL is an advantage.
  • You are practical and results-oriented: you want to build solutions that are actually used, not just theoretical models.
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from Operations, Finance, Quality and Product.
  • You can structure complex information clearly and communicate your findings effectively.
  • You have an interest in healthcare, medtech, operations management or AI applications in healthcare.
