About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to a practical management system for a rapidly growing healthcare operation.
Mapping the end-to-end Holter Operations process, from intake and analysis to QC, reporting and customer delivery.
Expanding and improving our capacity planning model, linking forecast demand to available analysis and QC capacity.
Translating Holter volumes into required productive analyst and QC hours.
Defining and refining operational KPIs.
Developing and improving the operational scorecard in Excel, Google Sheets or Power BI.
Creating KPI passports containing clear KPI definitions, formulas, data sources, owners and performance thresholds.
Analysing forecast accuracy, productivity, trainee ramp-up and seasonal effects such as holidays and examination periods.
Designing a simple recruitment and capacity pipeline for student ECG analysts, from candidate sourcing to independent productive capacity.
Translating operational data into practical management decisions: where capacity shortages will occur, which actions are required, and when they should be taken.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong analytical skills and enjoy translating complex processes into quantitative models.
You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with Power BI, Python or SQL is an advantage.
You are practical and results-oriented: you want to build solutions that are actually used, not just theoretical models.
You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from Operations, Finance, Quality and Product.
You can structure complex information clearly and communicate your findings effectively.
You have an interest in healthcare, medtech, operations management or AI applications in healthcare.
