• Oversee the project management of multi-departmental, global projects under Global Operations’ remit, ensuring consistent methodologies, tools, and reporting standards.
• Drive execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for project execution and decision-making.
• Monitor project health, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the meetings and events team, Data Officer, and Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Officer’s workstreams.
• Partner with other ADs and their team members to ensure strategic and operational alignment across initiatives and geographies.
• Provide line management, guidance, and support to a team of four direct reports: two Meetings and Events Officers, the Data Officer, and the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Officer.

• Create weekly KPI reports, reconcile data from multiple sources, and deliver clear executive summaries.
• Manage weekly audit and accountability processes, ensuring deadlines are met and issues escalated.
• Act as the main contact for managers, teams, and vendors, routing flagged issues with full context.

• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI.
• Analyze commercial and financial data to provide insights and support business decision-making.

• Identify opportunities for process, tools, and data visualization improvements.

• Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed
• Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases
• Follow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Operations Associate

• Review workers’ compensation insurance applications and documentation for accuracey and completion
• Efficient and accurate transfer of data into carrier portals and Hourly admin system
• Preparation of written communication on underwriting appetite and requirements, proposals, referrals, endorsements and declinations.
• Assist with the tracking and communication of submissions and renewals via internal spreadsheets and documentation
• Assist with binding of policies, processing of endorsements, along with entry and preparation of new and renewal submissions
• Meet with Underwriting team on a regular basis to communicate coverage needs and further understand book of business
