• Own the Brand team's inbound request intake process, including triage, routing, and workflow management in Asana
• Design and maintain Asana project structures, templates, task dependencies, and timeline tracking across brand sub-teams
• Map brand touchpoints across owned, earned, and internal channels to maintain a clear end-to-end brand view
• Consolidate performance reporting from multiple sub-teams into unified insights for leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Brand team and cross-functional Marketing partners

Brand Operations Coordinator

• Execute tasks within a comprehensive loan checklist, accurately extracting data from loan applications and legal agreements with extreme attention to detail.
• Source, vet, interview, and manage contractors on platforms like Fiverr for one-off projects.
• Independently map out workflows and build clear video tutorials and documentation using tools like Scribe and screen recorders.
• Manage professional email and phone correspondence with banks, title companies, and borrowers to collect post-closing documentation.
• Learn and maintain proprietary loan processing software (Mortgage Automator), alongside managing everyday internal operations via Monday.com and Slack.
• Handle abstract or novel operational requests independently.

Operations Manager

• Build & Optimize Automations: Ideate, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows to streamline internal processes. This includes using low-code tools (like n8n) and custom scripts (SQL, Google Cloud Functions, Apps Script, Node.js/Python) to connect APIs, databases, and services, reducing manual work for our teams.
• Full-Stack Internal Tools: Create and enhance internal applications for web and mobile. You’ll work with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React/Next.js) and back-end code (Node.js, Python, SQL) to build tools that improve our Ops and B2B services. You will also set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) to deploy these tools efficiently.
• Hardware (IoT): Contribute to the development and upkeep of custom hardware solutions, such as our Raspberry Pi–powered smart fridges. This involves working with electronic locks, sensors, cameras, and integrating computer vision capabilities. You’ll help ensure these devices are remotely accessible, regularly updated, and functioning reliably in the field.
• Third-Party Integrations: Manage and improve integrations with external software used by the team (such as Zendesk, Aircall, Jira, etc.). This could mean configuring integrations, writing custom API wrappers or webhooks, and ensuring data flows smoothly between CookUnity’s systems and these platforms.
• AI Tools & Agents: Experiment with and build AI-driven tools to support the team’s objectives. For example, you might prototype AI agents or chatbots to assist with support tasks or data analysis, leveraging frameworks or APIs for natural language processing.
• Marketing & CRM Support: Work closely with our Marketing and Data teams to automate their workflows. This can include connecting marketing automation platforms, writing scripts to handle data ingestion or transformation for Salesforce, and implementing validation rules or triggers in our CRM to maintain data integrity. You’ll also help create custom Salesforce dashboard components or integrations as needed.
• Documentation & Handover: Document all your solutions and processes clearly. Because Tech Enablement often pioneers new tools and workflows, you will ensure that everything built is well-documented and can be easily handed over or transitioned to Product/Engineering teams for long-term ownership. You’ll create how-to guides, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer.

Tech Enablement Engineer – B2B Operations

• Manage EY’s Partner Program orchestration in relation to EY’s strategic Alliance with Microsoft
• Coordinate Microsoft revenue recognition processes – PAL and CPOR (plus others as needed) to translate influence Azure consumption and other licensing into recognized partner metrics
• Own Microsoft Partner Program knowledge and act as Subject Matter Resource, reviewing key program changes, updating leadership, and supporting communication of updates
• Manage the administration of Microsoft Partner Center globally, including but not limited to access management, reporting, and issue resolution/escalation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits and other Microsoft partner programs
• Manage Microsoft Advanced Specializations, collaborating with EY Global Microsoft Practice and others
• Provide analysis of trends, top deals, etc. to identify business insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate across on and off-shore Microsoft Alliance colleagues on strategic projects and initiatives as and when needed

Operations Specialist – Partner Programs

• Shape and assist on our operational roadmap for internal systems and processes, identifying high-impact opportunities and making recommendations on prioritization and sequencing.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives end-to-end—from diagnosis through design, implementation, change management, and measurement—particularly at the intersections of GTM, Delivery, and Finance.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to functional leads, helping them translate business challenges into operational solutions without requiring Director-level involvement for every decision.
• Drive accountability for operational health by defining key metrics, monitoring performance, and proactively surfacing issues or opportunities to leadership.
• Architect and maintain core business systems and workflows, including our CRM (Salesforce), PSA (Kantata), and related tools (Clay, Zapier, Slack, ClickUp, etc.) to ensure they evolve alongside business needs.
• Diagnose operational friction through stakeholder engagement, ride alongs, process mapping, and data analysis, then determine the right level of intervention (quick fix vs. systemic change).
• Build organizational capability by developing SOPs, training materials, and internal resources that reduce reliance on institutional knowledge.
• Make judgment calls on operational trade-offs, escalating to the Director of Operations when appropriate but operating with significant autonomy on day-to-day decisions.

• Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies across LATAM to ensure sustainable and stable business growth
• Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models
• Continuously adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape and market shifts
• Design and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures
• Maintain close engagement with key merchants to ensure liquidity depth and spread competitiveness
• Improve completion rate, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance
• Develop structured management frameworks for regional merchant operations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows and feature design
• Provide structured feedback on product gaps, user pain points, and regional behavioral differences
• Improve end-to-end operational efficiency, including order flow, payment processing, and dispute handling
• Monitor core P2P KPIs (volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, dispute rate)
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and anomaly detection to identify growth bottlenecks and risk patterns
• Track competitor strategies (pricing, incentives, merchant policies, risk models) and propose strategic responses
