Execute tasks within a comprehensive loan checklist, accurately extracting data from loan applications and legal agreements with extreme attention to detail.
Source, vet, interview, and manage contractors on platforms like Fiverr for one-off projects.
Independently map out workflows and build clear video tutorials and documentation using tools like Scribe and screen recorders.
Manage professional email and phone correspondence with banks, title companies, and borrowers to collect post-closing documentation.
Learn and maintain proprietary loan processing software (Mortgage Automator), alongside managing everyday internal operations via Monday.com and Slack.
Handle abstract or novel operational requests independently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in operations, administrative management, executive assistance, or project coordination—ideally within a fast-moving, remote environment.
Strong mastery of Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Native or advanced fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal).
A personality that values absolute directness, transparency, and constructive feedback.
Proven ability to figure things out without hand-holding.
High attention to detail.
