• Own and evolve the planning cadence for SPECS Marketing
• Manage the structure and flow of key leadership meetings
• Partner with SPECS Marketing leadership to translate business goals into clear plans

• Support day-to-day HubSpot tasks including contact management, list building, workflow updates, property creation, form management and report and dashboard creation
• Help maintain and resolve field mapping issues, sync errors, and data consistency
• Support enrichment workflows using tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms to keep data accurate
• Execute ongoing data hygiene work including deduplication, field standardization, list cleanup, and segmentation
• Support HubSpot workflow builds and updates that support campaign launches, and lead routing
• Build and manage email sequences in Outreach.io , create and maintain prospect views and lists, and manage Chili Piper Rules and Routers
