Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in marketing operations
Strong HubSpot proficiency
Experience with conversion rate optimization experiments
Product marketing instincts
Operational mindset and strong tech acumen
Strong written communication skills
Analytical fluency
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Bonus if you have experience in the Shopify or DTC e-commerce ecosystem, hands-on experience with CRO tools, background in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing, familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation and content production, or experience using project management tools (Asana, Notion) to run a marketing team
