Key responsibilities & impact

Manage environment strategy including sandbox vs. production configurations
Maintain comprehensive platform documentation and communications
Serve as the escalation point for highly complex platform issues
Manage support operations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Partner with Data Engineering and CRM teams for data flows
Own technical decisions and design on data models, field mappings, event structures, and API usage
Monitor and centrally track technical issues
Help develop the end-to-end migration playbook to SFMC
Implement and design scalable technical solutions and automation
Own the technical aspects of deliverability management
Monitor and maintain platform health metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in marketing technology
4+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator
Additional experience with Marketo a plus
Deep technical expertise in SFMC architecture including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions
Strong experience with data integration technologies: APIs, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS
Experience with AI/ML tools and automation frameworks
Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Proven problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity
