• Supports accounts on the East Coast during 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
• Owns and grows territory and relationships within assigned subsidiaries and locations of regional accounts

Inside Sales, Business Rep – East

• This role supports Western U.S. areas and works the following hours to support west coast business: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
• The Inside Sales (Business Rep) is responsible for owning and growing territory and relationships within assigned subsidiaries and locations of regional accounts
• Works in close partnership with Regional Sales Managers to execute strategic account plans, drive expansion opportunities, and maintain alignment across the regional hierarchy
• Accountable for managing the sales pipeline within its territory, ensuring opportunities progress through each stage of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close and ongoing account management

• Success in this position requires a consultative approach, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to uncover new business opportunities while also delivering outstanding service to existing accounts.

Inside Sales, Business Rep – Central

• You're the voice on the phone that turns leads into opportunities.
• Every day, you work through a list of businesses in our system – reaching out by phone, asking smart questions, and booking appointments for decision-makers who are ready to talk.
• Your job is simple: qualify interest, schedule the meeting, and hand it off to the Regional Director who closes the deal.
• You'll spend your day making calls, logging activity in our CRM (HubSpot), and working closely with your Field Prospector teammate who's out finding fresh leads every day.
• You'll have daily check-ins with your Regional Director, regular communication with your Field Prospector teammate, and clear visibility into your performance.

Inside Sales Associate

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct daily outreach to targeted businesses through outbound calls, email touches, and follow-up strategies to consistently generate new opportunities.
• Engage Decision-Makers: Introduce Jani-King's services to business leaders, ask thoughtful discovery questions, and identify opportunities where our solutions can provide value.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound inquiries, marketing leads, and outbound prospects to determine readiness for a sales conversation.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales representatives and regional leadership to align outreach strategies and maximize conversion success.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified, high-value meetings for the outside sales team and ensure all key prospect details are documented accurately in the CRM.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential customers through professional, consistent communication that creates trust and interest in Jani-King's services.
• Performance & Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, and next steps while tracking performance against daily and weekly goals.

Inside Sales – Multiple Locations

• Executing a sales strategy within assigned region

Inside Sales Manager

• Conduct proactive customer outreach in a timely manner, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships and revenue; accountable for assigned full sales cycle in an inside sales environment, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, objection handling, and closing sales within assigned territories
• Complete end to end sales process for assigned accounts to drive new and incremental sales; recommend products or solutions, close sales in alignment with assigned goals or quotas, and support issue resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Execute retention-focused sales activities, including renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and repeat sales, consistently achieving sales or retention objectives
• Build rapport with customers by providing accurate product and service information and delivering a high-quality experience across phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels
• Maintain accurate and complete customer records, sales activity, and pipeline data in CRM and other computer-based tracking systems, ensuring required documentation and compliance standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including marketing, customer support, and outside sales, to align outreach efforts, support customer needs, and transition opportunities as appropriate

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Conduct dynamic sales calls with prospective and past clients (outbounding 80 – 100 calls per day).
• All leads are WARM and provided to you.
• Evaluate, interview, and enroll/renew client memberships through our consultative sales process.
• Manage client’s dating experience through matching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.
