Key responsibilities & impact

You're the voice on the phone that turns leads into opportunities.
Every day, you work through a list of businesses in our system – reaching out by phone, asking smart questions, and booking appointments for decision-makers who are ready to talk.
Your job is simple: qualify interest, schedule the meeting, and hand it off to the Regional Director who closes the deal.
You'll spend your day making calls, logging activity in our CRM (HubSpot), and working closely with your Field Prospector teammate who's out finding fresh leads every day.
You'll have daily check-ins with your Regional Director, regular communication with your Field Prospector teammate, and clear visibility into your performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hungry > Experienced
Comfortable talking on the phone and starting conversations with strangers
Competitive – you like having goals and hitting them
Organized – you can manage follow-ups and stay on top of your pipeline
Coachable – you take feedback and apply it
Comfortable with technology (you'll use HubSpot CRM and phone systems daily)
Professional phone presence with clear, confident communication
Bonus points: Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or any goal-driven role
